Functional / Application Consultant
The Functional Consultant identifies the business requirements of the company’s clients, understands business problems or opportunities, configures the solution for clients according to functional specifications and recommends solutions that enable the company to achieve its goals.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Role:
- Performing business analysis and providing consulting in implementation projects;
- Acting as an intermediary between interested parties, consolidating the views of business stakeholders to communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems;
- Extracting requirements based on project documentation (specifications, technical offer, legislative framework) and analysis meetings;
- Elaborating and validating the functional specifications document and test scenarios participating in the design of technical solutions working closely with the implementation team;
- Validation of functional specifications together with clients;
- Constructing workflow charts and diagrams for business processes;
- Elaborating the business model and define workflow based on business interviews, flow diagrams, state diagrams, class diagrams, logical design;
- Providing functional and administration training to our customers for the implemented solutions;
- Providing support to product development teams in the process of developing new features and / or adapting existing features to specific requirements.
- Configures the solution for clients according to functional specifications;
- Creates and validates with clients the test scenarios / plans;
- Prepares and presents previews of the solution to the client;
- Prepares training materials for clients and supports training sessions for them
You are an ideal candidate if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Advanced level English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in international projects – is an advantage. Previous experience with ECM (Enterprise Content Management), DMS (Document Management Systems), BPM (Business Process Management), RPA (Robotic Process Automation) – is an advantage.
- Analytical mind: proven analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Communication Skills: Excellent communicator with the ability to explain difficult concepts to business users;
- Career Oriented: Ambition and willingness to work hard to support the accelerated global growth of the company.
- High level of energy and enthusiasm to approach projects and team management with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrate a proactive approach and a goal-oriented mindset to achieve and exceed goals.
- Specific certifications or courses for Business Analyst, Process Analyst, ITIL, AGILE Methodology – is an advantage.
