• Lead and develop a high-performing Solutions Delivery team (Presales, Solution Architecture, Business/Functional Consulting, Technology Consulting and Project Management) through clear vision, coaching, and support.
• Provide mentorship, cultivate, and promote individual growth within the team.
• Lead and manage the Solutions Delivery team, carrying out line management responsibilities including regular 1-2-1 meetings, coaching, recruitment, development, and talent management.
• Creates an environment that encourages timely and high-quality work.
• He is directly involved in the recruitment and integration of new talents and actively participates in their training, ensuring the rapid achievement of productivity and billability indicators by new colleagues.

Results, Processes and KPIs-oriented:

• Develops team’s operating model in consultation with associated functions, continually improving these to deliver enhanced ways of working that address immediate and anticipated constraints (e.g. skills).
• Assist the Presales and Solution Architecture, Functional Consulting, Technology Consulting teams in defining and documenting As-Is and To-Be documents, ensuring the highest quality standards in all documents and deliverables.
• Coordinates the consolidation of costs, deliverables, scope and limits for the proposed solutions.
• Ensures correct and complete documentation by the coordinated team of ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) costs, deliverables, scope, assumptions, risks and issues using PMO methodology and best practices in the field.
• Intervene on projects to address scope, cost, and time constraints, ensuring balance relative to the client’s justified expectations.
• Proactively identify capacity and skills/knowledge gaps and works with the respective individuals and teams to identify the best solutions.
• Serve as an Executive Sponsor in the delivery of solutions in relation to current and potential clients.
• Participate in customer-facing meetings, leveraging experience to help the team determine business and technical requirements to design optimal solutions.

Other:

• Collaborates with the Product Management and Product Engineering teams and with the Sales team to identify opportunities to develop the portfolio of solutions and to grow the portfolio of existing clients.
